Reasonably large room, all in all had really comfortable stay.
We had savoury breakfasts by the food.

Great hotel within the old walls. We chose the economy version and not the medieval suite, maybe next time. Spacious well equipped room, very clean with a view of the rear parking lot. Funny staff with nice tips on the surroundings and places to stay.

Booked a room with a collapsed mattress. The staff members were attentive and competent.

Im 20 years old and travelled alone, it seem a bit to posh for me personally and the furniture was a bit old fashioned also going on postcode be sure to know that the road is very long and it takes to to the wrong end of it unless you have the correct door number (802)

The mattress was noisy while the bathroom had mildew between the tiles.

Nice hotel, well located for short stays to travel further, good English breakfast with buffet, although located on the road, quiet. Beds are fine, we had single beds, bathroom was ok with bath tub for showering. All in all we would book it again for the transit, since it is close to the highway.
The shower curtain had seen better days and should be replaced.

We only stayed at the Hotel over night and so did not have the chance to sample all of its facilities . However the room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. I would stay there again .

Pleasant, value for money, no complaints. Looking a little jaded, but that is part of it's charm.

Overall a lovely stay of our night in this hotel. The venue with well-appointed and brand-new rooms, in an ideal area, in an excellent position in the conservatory. Incredibly beautiful view, huge bar - everything was very good.

good water pressure, ample parking, close to petrol station
Light-blocking curtains are essential for a good night's sleep!!! Update the odd furniture arrangement for better access to power sockets!!! Address the outdated decor and lingering damp in the bathroom!!!

Nothing the hotel was apalling
We stayed for two nights this past weekend, on arrival the male receptionist was surly and far from welcoming. The bed was lumpy and did not have a comfortable nights sleep. Attempted to shower in the morning only to find the water coming out in lumps with no spray feature at all and frankly I could urinate with more pressure! Entered the restaurant for breakfast to be greeted by the tattooed waitress who clearly had a full time job working as the circus tattooed lady, waitressing being a part time option. Opted for the cooked breakfast which arrived quite promptly which was probably explained by the mushrooms having a quick dip in the deep fat fryer and the half tomato not even having the courtesy of a warm up under the grill let alone being cooked. Coffee as ordered did not arrive and by ten minutes after I had consumed some of the edible elements of the breakfast and had to hunt down some staff to re-order I can only presume the tattooed lady had gone off to her circus job. Day 2 was no better, you could not water flowers with the shower and the cooked breakfast option was self service and of very poor quality.Sticky tables and no tablecloths, yuk. If you were to consider a healthier option of toast, make sure you have sufficient time available as you will get more heat out of a Toc h lamp, having placed a slice of granary bread in the toaster it was clearly heating but not browning which had the effect of drying the slice out, leaving me with something resembling an oversized Ryvita.

Great breakfast, not so great room
Just stayed for 4 nights in a standard double. The breakfast options were super yummy, especially if you love a good full English! But the room was kinda dirty and dated. It was like they hadn't cleaned properly in ages. The dining area had nice vibes though, and the staff were overall friendly.
